Internal Control System

The STRATandGO™ Internal Control System (ICS) is the logical support for Risk Management:

It consists of technical and organizational rules for managing controls in the company, both to comply with guidelines and to prevent potential damage.

The corresponding measures can be implemented both independently of processes as retrospective controls and dependent on processes as preventive rules.

Managing internal controls

STRATandGO™ supports all functionalities of a sophisticated Internal Control System (ICS). The platform enables individually designed forms for managing controls, as well as complex reports and dashboards – of course, everything builds on each other.

Need even more details when managing your controls, such as new lookups or drop-down menus? No problem for STRATandGO™: create as many fields, properties, forms, graphics and one-pagers as your organization needs.

Ongoing monitoring and Control Self Assessment

In STRATandGO™, controls can be recorded and managed according to the organizational structure and then evaluated individually or consolidated. Controls can be assessed and control evidence can be created with the Control Self Assessment and the assignment of controls and risks to processes. As a proof of control, there is a functionality to upload documents (PDF, Word, images, etc.) or link them directly (network paths, URLs, etc.).

A dual view in STRATandGO™ allows to display a detailed overview, generate graphics in real time, and generate meaningful one-pagers:

e.g. several control sheets per control in A4 size, which contain all the important information, as a perfect preparation for the next audit or meeting.

With STRATandGO™, companies can carry out regular control monitoring to ensure that risks are successfully minimized, the processes run smoothly and the company strategy is always adhered to.

This includes the implementation and monitoring of control evidence. Customized dashboards support different types of visualizations as well as direct drill-downs, to have a possibility to go into more detail if needed.
