1. web server protocols
In principle, you can visit our websites without telling us who you are. However, as is common with almost all websites, the server on which our websites are located (hereinafter referred to as the “web server”) automatically collects information from you when you visit us on the Internet.

Our website uses functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics from Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Procos uses so-called “session cookies” on the browser side. Cookies are small files with configuration settings that help Procos determine how often and how our website is used. When you land on one of our websites that contains such a plugin, your browser establishes a direct connection with the servers of LinkedIn or Youtube. The content of the plugin is transmitted directly to your browser by the respective provider and integrated into the website by the browser. Your data is hosted by a provider located in Switzerland (Hoststar) by way of order data processing. Both Procos and the provider use technical and organizational security measures to protect your collected data against accidental or intentional manipulation, loss, destruction or against access by unauthorized persons. We would like to point out that the transmission of data on the Internet is not fully secured and there is therefore a risk that third parties may intercept and use the data. Our security measures are continuously improved in line with technological developments. You can also contact us by mail or phone at any time.

10. minors
Children and young people under the age of 16 (in some countries under the age of 14) are not allowed to transmit personal data on the Internet without the consent of their parents or legal guardians. Please note that our websites are not intended for or directed to minors under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 16.

12. use of SalesViewer technology

On this website, data is collected and stored for marketing, market research and optimization purposes using the SalesViewer technology of SalesViewer GmbH on the basis of legitimate interests of the website operator (Art. 6 para.1 lit.f DSGVO).

For this purpose, a javascript-based code is used to collect company-related data and the corresponding usage. The data collected using this technology is encrypted using a non-reversible one-way function (known as hashing).
